Moulton 60

The Moulton 60 was on show at Bradford on Avon last weekend.

This modern interpretation of the classic F-frame Moulton, was a 90th birthday gift to Alex Moulton from the Moulton Bicycle Company. The frame, built with stainless steel 953, looks quite like a Moulton Mk3 with its rear triangle, but has leading link front suspension, similar to the AM, APB and TSR models. The Moulton 60 is built on the same jig as the original AM7, and is reported to handle just like an AM7.

There are no confirmed plans to put the bicycle into production at this point, and the new bicycle would require CEN standards testing before it could be sold in Europe.

  1. Looks a lot like there are AM bits front and rear, and F-Frame styling in the middle to me.

I wonder if they’d build an AM in 953?
