1969 MOULTON MAJOR

    Hi All
    I have recently joined the club and am proud to call myself a Moultoneer ! My latest purchase is an mk2 f-frame Major ,which i am currently upgrading with the emphasis on originality where possible . All parts i do replace will of course be stored for the future. Advice would be appreciated on replacing the original bars with a wider alloy unit, what would people recommend and is the bar width at the stem 25.4mm . Hope you can give some help.

    yes the bar width at the stem is 25.4…if you are replacing the bars i would replace the stem with an alloy component….and to something longer especially if you are tall
    lots of options on ebay
