Is there a readily-obtainable substitute for the white plastic plugs covering F-Frame front carrier mounting holes?

Thanks for any answers. Bob CC.

White plastic screw covers glued in place do the job nicely. Available at most DIY stores. I use a building adhesive like gripfill or similar.

    further question.

does anyone have the the thread size and bolt length for the front-carrier headtube bolt?
I think the bolt is an imperialspecification threads per inch ( tpi ) and imperial diameter, not a metric size
