I’ve got a TSR 2 with drop bars (and fixed wheel), and I’m thinking about converting it to flat bars (along with a singlespeed coaster brake rear hub) so that someone else can ride it.

I’ve had a look around, and I’m confused by all the different options (flat, risers, width, sweep etc.)

It looks like those originally fitted to the TSR 2 are quite narrow.

What would work well? For what it’s worth, I’m about 6ft tall, and narrow. Any tips on reach\stem length would also be welcomed.

Hi David, this forum tends to be pretty dead most of the time….
You will probably find that the Moulton FaceBook Group/s are a better bet…. more traffic and some very experienced posters, including people who actually build the bikes at the Moulton Factory.

Hi Paul, thanks very much for letting me know. I don’t use FaceBook, so I’ll probably end up just buying different handlebars and stems until I find a configuration which works!

if you look on the Moulton website you will see mention of the Moulton flatbar M.
This is used on the TSR and AMs for those who dont want drops.look on the Moulton website for TSRS or AMS which are specced up with flat bars and you will see it.
your local Moulton retailer can order it for you if they dont have it already on stock.
to set it off well do consider the Brooks slender leather grips.
