Has any other menber had dealings with a business called Human Cycle in London (www.humancycle.cc)? They advertise some Moulton accessories, and in July I bought a Sew What large AM rear bag from them when they seemed to be the only place that had one in stock.
The item was posted to me (I live in Melbourne, Australia) and Royal Mail tracking shows it was lodged at a London post office on August 3rd. But there has been no tracking since – it’s effectively disappeared within the postal system.
The thing is, I raised this with Human Cycle about three weeks later and they said they’d raise the issue with the post office. I never heard back, and now Human Cycle are not responding to emails, and I can’t reach them by phone.
Hence my query as to whether anyone else has had dealings with them…
