Still happily cycling on my own on my NS, but at 84 would appreciate any comments on use of electricity to keep up with my CTC Group. Seen publicity about this with the Pashley-made Moulton.

The Nano is the best for Bromptons, which have a similarly narrow front hub:

On the intermediate (20 mile) ride at BoA this yeaer I conversed with a rider who was electrically assisted.
I can’t recall his name but I do recall that he disliked Lycra and was smartly attired in traditional “Edwardian” cycling wear.
I think he was riding a TSR and had the Nano 10AM. It was black, rectangular in shape and rested on the space frame lattice.
Visually lumpish but not unpleasantly so.
Apparently the range of the 10AM is 20 to 40 miles.

i do believe the power output from the motor should not exceed 250 watts or it will be classed as a motorcycle and as such would need mot etc.maybe a minor detail but if you hit someone on a public highway it could be similar to driving an uninsured vehicle.

interesting, i was looking at ebike info and most suggest a 10 amp hour battery min and 36 volts, this has the volts but 4 amp hour would seem a bit small although you can carry a spare
