    Hi,

I have just bought a Bridgestone which I am very excited about, it should be arriving in the next week or so. This will be my first Moulton (but they have been talking to me for 2-3 years now and they were getting louder… ). It is the separating version.

I have a couple of questions if anyone can help it would be appreciated:

It is currently a 9 speed which I think I will keep as it is, but was wondering if the front derailleur hanger on the 18 speed was compatible if I were to add another chain ring ? I can’t see any holes in the frame that the 18 speed has.

Are these hangers still readily available ?

Will there be a serial number that I can research and where is the best place to do this?

I will be converting from flat to drops – I’m guessing there would be no problem with that?

Is there anyone that produces specific logo transfers ? Its tatty and (Knowing me) I will be doing something about that eventually…

Thank you in advance for any advise and sorry if these are questions that have been asked many time before.

    Rgds , Will

The front derailer mounts to a bolt on adapter, you can see it in these pictures:

You will need new shifters and brake levers, probably new cables as well. I have mustache bars, they use road brake levers and bar end shifters.
