    Hello Paul,
Tell us more about the project.
I bought a MK3 from eBay last year. I’ve changed a lot of the equipment for lighter parts. I can give you anything you want from this list if you can cover postage costs from where I live in France.
Pair of steel wheels. Shabby but working. 3 speed SA hub with the drum brake that doesn’t do much braking even when cleaned and adjusted. Well used tyres.
Original steel cranks, axle and chainwheel including the plastic ring with the red line.
    Seat post and saddle.
Stem and bars with brake levers. The twist changer is missing parts and doesn’t work.
Let me know if any of this is any use to you. I can send photos if you give me your mail.

    Hi David

Thank you for your kind offer.

I used to have a Moulton Deluxe when I was a kiid and regret letting my parents sell it.

Now I have retired ,I thought it would be great to get my hands on another Moulton. I used to spend the whole day on my bike. It was just fantastic. I have missed out a couple of times on eBay,one by 99 p.i hope to look at a couple of bikes in London soon. At the moment no frame/bike no project .

    Thanks again

    Regards

    Paul

Paul, you did not ‘miss out’ on ebay ‘by 99p’. The winner was bidding more than you were willing and the increment meant that their bid ‘won’ by that small amount, not that their bid was possibly not a great deal more.

What do you think is a ‘reasonably cheap F-frame and decent wheels’?
