    From Paddington Station ride the whole length of The Regents Canal to Limehouse. Continue through Wrapping & into the City & back through the Royal Parks to Paddington. Approximately 20 miles easy pace. Open to all makes of small wheel bicycles including Moultons.

    The ride starts from the area next to the bike parking between platforms 8 & 9 at around 11.00
