    The rubber bellows on one of my Moulton Minis has split. I’ve heard that replacements are available by searching online for automotive part replacements, but this seems to be incredibly difficult! Does anyone know what parts fit, or can be cut down to fit?

    My measurements are:

    63.5mm = 2.5 inches at longest
    38-50mm = 1.5-2 inches at shortest
    Diameter around 36mm = 1.42” at end collars.
    Widest diameter 44mm = 1.73”, narrowest diameter 38mm = 1.50”.
    4 folds (i.e. 4x the wide bits).

    I saw a comment that the steering gaiter for the classic Mini car is suitable, but by estimating from photos it looks to be too big for the Moulton Mini.

    Minis are so cheap, due to the tyre size, that you might be able to buy another for spares. IME about 70% of 1960s Moultons have intact bellows. Clean them up and add rubber conditioner/UV protectant and they are like new.

    Thanks Roger, good tip. I didn’t know about rubber conditioner before, so I’ll see if I can find some.

    I have a similar problem, the bellows are almost intact, but have gone solid.. I think if i do manage to get them back on the fork tube, they will almost certainly break
    I can soften them with boiling water, but that doesn’t last long
    On a similar subject, I have a Midi.. anyone have experience of putting Mini front forks on it?
    Thanks in anticipation
