Splines on front suspension of Vintage Moultons

    Should the splines be greased?

    On ‘classic’ Moultons, after thoroughly cleaning all the suspension components, apply Molyslip or a similar molybdenum grease to the fork splines and serrated nylon bearing. Liberally apply on the long rubber compression spring and short rebound spring but only lightly on rebound spring stop and retaining screw.
