    Hello all,
I have owned my TSR 27 now for 9 months and bought it second hand to see if the moulton lived up to it’s reputation.
I’m glad to say I love it!
When I bought it I was given a front spring and rear damper and told that they were changed to suit there riding style.
My question is this is there a way of identifying the rating of the front spring that is fitted? I am about 100kg and find the front end a little soft and would like to make sure that a hard spring is fitted, so is there any identifying marks or visual traits that could define which spring is fitted?
    Kind regards Lee

You can recognize the hard/race front spring at its closer turns on one side. The soft and medium spring have the same distance between turns on the whole spring length.

    Hello jean-Pierre

Thank you for the picture. That looks easy enough to identify. I think I’ll strip it down this week and inspect it and give it all a clean for good measure.
Thank you for the quick response
    Many thanks
