These terms govern your use of the Moulton Bicycle Club website and member services. By accessing the site or using your member account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Some areas — including the forum, classifieds, and the Moultoneer PDF archive — are available to members only. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in Moulton bicycles and is subject to the applicable annual fee for your region.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant the Club a non-exclusive licence to display and store it as part of operating the services. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Classified listings (for sale, wanted, and reports of stolen bikes) are provided to connect members. The Club is not a party to any transaction between members, does not verify listings, and accepts no responsibility for items bought or sold. Buyers and sellers deal at their own risk.
Guidance from the Club, its Technical Adviser, and other members is shared in good faith for general information only. Always follow manufacturer guidance and use a qualified mechanic where appropriate. The Club is not liable for work carried out on your bicycle.
The Moulton Bicycle Club name, the Moultoneer magazine, and the site's content are owned by the Club or its contributors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Membership fees are payable in pounds sterling (GBP). Overseas payments must be made in GBP. Renewals keep your access to member services uninterrupted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, member content, or transactions between members. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
